Please note, in lieu of having "per user settings" for the theme / style of the code blocks, I can remove this theme component from certain themes (except for our default themes, because I want to keep "Atom Dark" as the default for now.).

In addition, I have installed a theme component to customize the code blocks, and we are currently using "Atom One Dark" as the code block theme. I tried a number of themes and this one was nice. In addition, I put in a request to this theme component author to made this selection also a "user setting" versus just a "site setting", realizing that some member might have a different preference.
