We use Slurm job scheduler on our HPC Linux cluster. Currently, we set the max to submit jobs per user to a fixed number on our cluster. The limit is for both array jobs and individual jobs. But we want to set the max submit job limit in this way: M array jobs and N individual jobs. The N and M can be different numbers. We want M>N, because Slurm deals with array jobs much more efficient than individual jobs. Does anyone know how to set this?
