Replace string in file with another in multiple ads.txt files

I have a website where i need to replace a string in ads .txt i have ssh access but it seems there are multiple ads .txt
How might i best accomplish this?

Only one ads.txt file is used per web site at the root directory of the web site.

So, please be exact on what you mean by the following statements:

  • "I have a website"..... this means "one website", correct?
  • "there are multiple ads .txt" .... what does this mean exactly? You cannot have multiple ads.txt files in the same directory, that is not possible since you cannot have two files with the same name in the same directory.
