Remove linked file

hi linux expert

how to remove linked files with csh command?

Many thanks
samad

Are you talking about a hard link or a soft (symbolic) link?

OBTW, please search the forums before asking questions.

Soft link

Moderator comments were removed during original forum migration.

Also apart from what Neo said(which each user should do it searching the forum, our search system is one of the BEST feature of FORUMS) you could check this footer(at last of this post's page) too it will give suggestions as per your question too. Also always try to give descriptive information about your samples and about your effort which you have put in order to solve your own problem.

Let us know your findings here.

Thanks,
R. Singh

Do not make mistakes my question is this way
Suppose you have a list of files and directories. We want to delete a number of files as soft links. We want to do this individually by the hard command, we want to do some grammar code in the script.
I could not find the forum search

any help would be appropirate

Search the forums before asking questions. This question has been asked many times in the past.

Way up on this page, there is a box containing

Forums	Man	Search	User CP	New Topics	Today's Posts	Quick Links	Log Out

Click search , then advanced search then enter the keyword "remove symlinks" and adapt the "Find Posts from" values.

These ones already look promising for your problem:
