I want to know if we connect to ORACLE APPLICATION by IE browser by port 8020, then netstat -na commande what will show us for port 8020 ?
Would it be
http 8020 Listen
??

That depends on the state of the connection.
When the state of the connection is active, you will see a netstat entry of:
ESTABLISHED
