Lock the size and position of a window

Hello everybody! I want to make a very simple (but I guess that it is not so easy to answer) question.
Is there a way to lock the position and the size of a certain window?
I was searching for that but I didn't found too much. I'm using Fluxbox if that helps in a way :+1:
