Zone Configuration in Solaris 10

We have solaris 10 server that has the been re-installed with OS after OS got currupted. The old ZONE contents has been now restored from backup. Now when we try to check for the zones by listing command, I could find only global zone running. Kindly let me know how to install/configure the zone to make it visible in the list of zone.

So I guess that you have rebuilt your root filesystem rather than restored your root filesystem, hence it knows nothing about your previously configured zones. Did you not have a backup of the root filesystem?

You will need to do either:

If you have a root filesystem backup then restore everything under /etc/zones

or

Use zonecfg command to create the zone, set the zonepath, etc. I assume that you know whether the zone was parse or full?
