Unable to get X11 activated on my login even after Unix admin has enabled it
Unable to assess problem through my crystal ball even after such a detail-oriented description of the problem.
In earnest: what problem do you encounter (error messages, return codes, .... post them all here) connecting to which system (we can't actually see it though your post, you will have to tell us) using which equipment, ....
