Vue.js UserCP Mockup Version 0.20 - Badge Notifications

In this mockup release:

Badge Notifications are working with live data: Upper Right (see image)
Added Axios to Vue and changed large table updates to axios (ajax)
Note: Will reformat / restyle this notification dropdown menu when the mockup is mostly done. Perhaps increase the items in the list from six to ten....

Possible next tasks:

Build out the "Timeline" mockup, but needs to create a new 'timeline" DB table and write the PHP code to fill the table first.
Build the "search forums' modal in the top menu bar.
Duplicate main dashboard page and change "system stats" to a "user specific" stats and charts page with a table for recent member posts.
Work on service workers for notifications in top menu (not a high priority yet).

FYI, coming in build v0.21, have changed the icon to little trophies versus right arrows in the notification dropdown

In this cosmetic mockup release:

Badge Notifications: Changed Icon to "trophy"
Dashboard: Changed "stats badges" to the same "blue color" (earlier suggestion by nezabudka, Forum Advisor, to reduce colors)
Media: Reduce notification dropdown size on phones to 300px.
