Virtualization problems

Hi everyone.
Last week we have some hardware problems in our Unixware 7 server, and i decided to change this physical machine into a virtual machine.
The scenario is:

architecture=IA32
bus_types=PCI2.10,ISA,PnP1.0
hostname=tecsup2uw.tecsupaqp.edu
hw_provider=Generic AT
hw_serial=UW7B00001
kernel_stamp=98/04/03
machine=Pentium
num_cg=1
num_cpu=1
os_base=UNIX_SVR5
os_provider=SCO
release=5
srpc_domain=
sysname=UnixWare
user_limit=10
version=7

My procedure:

  • I made an image of my HD with Acronis True Image Home Edition - Version 11 - The format of this image is "*.tib".
  • With VMWare Converter Standalone Version 4.3.0. i convert the phisical machine (image "tib") into a virtual machine.
  • Well at this point, everithing was OK, but when i startup the new virtualized machine, it crash with the error:

psm_time_spin_adjust: invalid delay factor (10000 375 256)
Kernel Page Fault from (cs:eip) = (0000100:C002C44A):
eax=74C08559 ebx=00000000 ecx= FFDAAC0 ..... and other address directions i presume.

Raw stack dump begins at =xFFFDAAC8 :

.
other address directions i presume.

.

System has halted and may be powered off \(Press any key to rebbot\) :eek:

Someone know what is the problem ?.
Please any help will be apreciated. It's at certain point urgent.
Thanks.
Danilo.
