Is the below logins are needed in the machine.....
nuucp , uucp ,smmsp , svctag , listen , webservd , ip ( We are not using printers),

These accounts are part of the operating system. They aren't used by real users.
I understand , but for the security reasons i want to explain / remove about the users account.
These accounts are locked and can't be used, unless of course you are already root or have similar privilege. There should be no security risk leaving them there.
