User and Printer Migration

Hello

I am migrating from an AIX 4.3.0 server to a new AIX 5.3 on a p5. I have lots of users and printers. Is there an easy way to migrate these to the new server?

The users are going to be a pain, I'd use perl and expect to move them. The printers will be easier, if you have AIX software support ask them how, when I did it (4.3.3 to 5.2) it was pretty fast.
