usbmount for Slackware is a port of Debian'susbmount. It usesudev/udevd to mount USB mass storage devices to/media/usb0 .../media/usb7 when they're plugged in. If you arenot using a Desktopenvironment supporting mounts through HAL, thispackage may be useful.
