How can i proceed for Unix Certification(HP-UX)??

You need to answer that question first, before being able to address the bigger question of certification. At a prior position, I was fortunate enough for my employer to pay for me to take many HP-UX courses over a few years. I started with basics of unix, then progressed into scripting and programming. I also took courses on network administration, performance & tuning, and disk management. I covered a wide range of areas, because I needed to master a wide range of areas.
Will you be doing sys admin functions? Or more user functions, including scripting? That should tell you where to concentrate your efforts.
