Unable to receive mails

Hi, can any one help as i am unable to receive mail to outlook mail box from aix box.

Kindly help.

when did it last work? what changed since then? please provide more details. check /var/adm/ras/mail.log or whatever you use. output from mailx -v.

here's my 2 cents:

  • check if your sendmail.cf has been changed in the last few days:
$ ls -l /etc/mail/sendmail.cf
  • see if the lines beginning with 'DS' and/or 'DM' still contain the names of your mail servers;
