Unable to add printer in Solaris

HI

I am unable to add printer in solaris (architecture is SUN and OS is Solaris 10) as I try to print the file it gives following error
Failed to contact service for erp-cljCP2025: not-found

Need help

what have you tried to setup the printer? which type and modell do you use? is the printer compatible with solaris (check HCL)?

What does

/etc/printers.conf

have for the printer? Please show the whole entry.

There was printer already added (cljCP2025), it was printing fine, I have add another printer and printed some files which worked fine now I want that my old printer should work as it was working before but as I try to print it gives above error
"Failed to contact service for cljCP2025: not-found"
in /etc/printers.conf

I recommend to install CUPS, it has more drives for printers, easier to setup, has nice web interface. Works very well with Solaris, I used CUPS on my Solaris box.
