Ulimit on AIX

Hi,
On AIX 7, we want to Increase the ulimit(COREDUMP) to unlimited.
Should we restart server for that?

This man page confuses me.
It mentions mkuser/chuser but not PAM.

A normal Unix and Linux would apply the system-wide limits (in /etc/security/...) via PAM when the user accesses the system.

not a fan of the ibm documentation - from the few pieces encountered.

I think PAM is alive and kicking, just not obvious

would need to inspect config to see what is actually being employed.
