Traceroute response

I have 20 servers I installed an application to that is returning message " wrong dispatcher or port " when starting agents. They all have the same dispatcher ip and going through the same port number. After verifying there are no application issues, we figured it was firewall related. The Firewall team open the firewalls, however, these 20 still have the message and they say the firewall is open... I ran a traceroute on all the servers and the source ip is correct but the route goes through 30 hops with all astericks... Any help. Thanks

I'm guessing. It sounds like you created a closed loop - like an infinite loopback - in setting up the router. Start there. You have a bad or missing route.
