tmchild exec service failed erron = 2

I have a Solaris-9 box. When I log into it I get the following error message
tmchild exec service failed erron = 2 . Any ideas !!

Do you get a shell prompt, or just the error?

kduffin asks the most important question.
I add: ERRNO 2 == "No such file or directory". So some file is missing.
