When i taking backup of my servers in Tape Library simultaneously the Temp folder is getting full...... these file like OB2DBG*.txt
Can we assume those files are part of the tape backup process?
What OS are you running? What Tape Library software?
As a wild guess: Locate a filesystem with LOTS of free space (use df -h).
For the Tape Library process change the TMPDIR environment variable to point to a directory in that filesystem. You can also create one there just for the duration of the backup.
They are coming from Omniback (aka. Data Protector) and it would appear that someone has put the product into Debug Mode in error:
