T5220 How to determine physical memory installed?

Hi, looking to upgrade memory on a pair of T5220's from 32GB to 64GB. Cannot determine current DIMM size and slots used. i.e. not sure if Qty 16 x 2GB or Qty 8 x 4GB. If there are no empty slots, i need to go with higher density DIMMs and retire exsisting the 2GB prtdiag follows.

# prtdiag
System Configuration: Sun Microsystems sun4v SPARC Enterprise T5220
Memory size: 32640 Megabytes

You have 8 x 4GB DIMMs.

Edit: I was confused by the 4GB and missed that was for a pair of modules

Try prtconf , haven't a SPARC to hand, but I seem to remember it gave per CPU memory banks, whereas prtdiag gives me the full info on an x86 solaris box.

"From the out put that you have sent in I can say that it looks like this system has all 16 slots in use for DIMMs and they are using 2 GB DIMMs in each slot.
You can confirm the DIMMs size and part number with the command showfru from the SC."

My sysadmin *may* try showfru.

thanks to those who responded.
