Anyone can help me what is the problem of swap partition? swap partition is showing mounted in df -h command output.

I don't think you see a swap partition mounted but just one or more filesystems with swap as their back-end, like /tmp, /var/run and /etc/svc/volatile.
There is nothing wrong with that.
