Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know how to change an IP on a barebone server, without DNS or NIS+ present, I know the command
nistbladm addr=new ip '[old ip] hosts.org_dir' would do it when NIS is present but the question remains when you have nothing, not sure if
"ifconfig" would do it....Much obliged for the anticipated help..
use the search function... this is answered a 100 times here...
