Sun Server not booting into OS

Hello
I have an old sun fire v250 server that I am trying to revive.
I am trying to boot it from cdrom to install the OS (Solaris 10). The original data in the disk is corrupt and I am trying to do a new clean install. However I encounter the following errors.
Does it look like the disk itself is damaged?
Any ideas ?

Rebooting with command: boot cdrom

I got this working again, after throwing out the errors for about a good 10 mins.. I went to the bathroom came back to see the installation screen greeting me..

Might be a few dodgy blocks or if it's a RAID, then perhaps just corrupt and needed to be rebuilt. What disk devices do you have?

Might be worth using the format menus to scan the disk - make sure you don't pick the destructive options.
