SRC Checksum error

I have a machine that is used for Automatic Call Distribution (ACD). There are about 9 different PC's that login to this machine. On some mornings I receive errors like this: SRC 0A020C81 SUM 0000EEC1. I am unsure what they mean and I can't find any information on it anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas of what it is and what to do about it if anything.

Are these error messages in syslog?

If not -- how do you "get" these errors?

They are on my monitor over written in the middle of the ACD screen monitoring screens.

I would guess those are data transmission errors - the ACD we have writes errors to syslog and complains about, among other things: corrupted data coming in to one of an array of sockets. Usually the system requests a retransmit, and things go ahead. This sounds more "fatal" like repeated data corruption.

I would start reading the admin manual for the application. Now. Just in case something is starting to go South, it'd be useful to know what the heck is happening. Especially if you are responsible for it.

I will look at the system manual. Thanks for your assistance Jim.
