Hi, I installed Solaris 11 and I want to upgrade. I am doing this in by the documentation for pkg update. I read about the patch for solaris. Where and how to download and install this patch?
Solaris 11 isn't released yet, and in any case, won't support patches but package updates, being based on ips. What patch are you referring to ?
ok, that is, in Solaris Express 11 will not be patches. I think that the ips will be much faster and easier to upgrade. I am new to Solaris, and so I asked for someone can be simple questions. Apart from the documentation to version 11 from the beginning of something else I should look at?
