we are facing data corruption issues on our server.

We have contacted a database administrator for this purpose. So we are required to furnish some information to him.

also please let me know how this can be extracted in solaris 1.1.1

What is "this" ?

Are you really using Solaris 1.1.1 (SunOS 4.1.3_U1) machines ? Hint: that OS was released in 1991.

If isainfo does not work in Solaris 1.1.1 (sunos 4.1.3) then you can rest assured you are running 32bit .. 64bit was not introduced until Solaris 7

the urgent thing was to find out what the os is

the other thing was for my knowlefge gaining

Yes . These systems are very old . we are maintaining them as legacy systems and we are going to do away with them as soon as possible.
