Solaris 9, root disk detachment.

Hi,
I have a solaris box where everything except the swap slice is mirrored.
Swap is used only from the first disk currently.

# swap -l
swapfile dev swaplo blocks free
/dev/md/dsk/d11 85,11 16 16780208 16780208
# metastat d11
d11: Concat/Stripe
Size: 16780224 blocks (8.0 GB)
Stripe 0:
Device Start Block Dbase Reloc
c1t0d0s1 0 No Yes
Device Relocation Information:
Device Reloc Device ID
c1t0d0 Yes

The disks are hotswap.

How can i perform the following without rebooting the first machine

1) remove the second mirrored root disk and boot it in a second machine so that i can have the replica of the machine.

2) Once the second disk is removed from the first machine, i have another drive which i need to mirror with the first disk.

Appreciate you help.

Please get someone who is trained in SVM to help you. Its too dangerous to perform if you've no knowledge of what you're doing.
