We are using Solaris 10 for our Radiation Treatment Planning and need to create a simulation for our service engineers. I need a screen capture tool that can not only capture screens, but create movies of mouse movements (similar to Captivate). I have contacted Oracle and talked to several people and have not been able to find anything.
just use a remote screen on a mac, linux or windows and use a screencapture tool from there... with xdmcp you can also use the complete login-screen from a remote computer and run the session inside a window which you can capture with a tool of your choice.
Have also a look at recordmysolaris available for OpenSolaris.
