Hi there, Ive just installed Solaris 10 from DVD and when trying to access the man pages, I get this
# man ls
No manual entry for ls.
so I set MANPATH to /usr/share/man where all the man pages seem to be located, and i get the same result !!!
Is there something else I have to do, ie create some sort of index or something before I can use man pages
any help on this would be greatly appreciated

which software cluster did you install? maybe you missed something during installation? on my sol10 box "man ls" works fine!
I installed everything plus OEM ....so i cant understand ....there are files under /usr/share/man aswell
What things do I have to set for man to work ?
Ok it seems ive only got some of my man pages ...maybe the SUNWxxx man packages were not installed correctly ......Does anybody know which packages make up the complete solaris 10 MAN suite
