Not very helpful to say the least. Seems to read the flar file and go through the upgrade and then come up with this error.
Any ideas?

Watch platform is this? SPARC or x86? What model exactly?
Where is the flash coming from? NFS?
What output do you get? Any or none? Just the error message?

You say it reads the flash and "goes through the upgrade". What do you mean by goes through the upgrade???? You aren't just doing an installation then?
