Is there a way I can send a text file directly to my Drafts folder?
What OS, mail reader are you using. Nominally you can copy something to a file then access it in mail using the -f.
pine example:
copy myfile /path/to/file
pine -f /path/to/file
Other mail readers may have issues with plain text files.
