Hi Folks,
Can anyone help me to understand whats this sed command doing in the below code

run_sld $CTL_FILE "s!\$inputFile!$ROM_FILE!g" \
			silent=header rows=2000 silent=feedback ERRORS=$rom_imp_b_rej_lim > $SLDLOG 2>&1
