Scopeux taking more CPU utilization

Hi,

When we are running one shell script in production, Scopeux process is taking more cpu utilizaton (96%). We are not sure why it is running and why it is taking more cpu utilization.

And also I want to know what is Scopeux ? and why it is running? Will it be continuouly running on the server ?

Can anyone please help me regarding this?

Personally I'm not aware what "Scopeux" is, and I found only vague info on the net. Can you start by telling us what's your OS ? Then, if you are not the system administrator of that machine, you should probably talk to him about what's installed and running there. I see it's some sort of daemon running on HPUX ?
