I would like get idea about performance enginering from basic to advanced level. Do anyone know a place where i can find some videos related to performance engineering ?
What do you think is meant by "performance engineering"?
performance engineering is methodology to improve the response time, throughput /etc..
I have some doc but its performace engg. based on mercury load runner.

I read the abstract. That sounds like a good start, but it is, er, abstract. If your needs are more specific, you'll need to provide info on what kind of system you are trying to optimize.
