Original script for ls command

@nareshknnk , Welcome, no we don't, ls is a binary executable, source code is available . Why are you asking ? , have you done any research wrt the subject ?.
Source for this utility is typically part of the GNU coreutils packages, dependant upon your flavor of OS you will need to download the appropriate package(s).

Why binary executable i having arguments. I think for every flavor of linux ls command is same. Where can I find the GNU coreutils packages. Sorry, but I did few research not much.

I believe the source code for ls is here in the coreutils package. This file mentions a few headers, but other than that ls is just this one C file I think.
