OpenSSH update in AIX

Hi,

We have 4 vulnerabilities in our AIX servers and the files to be installed are as follows:

File to be installed
OpenSSH_6.0.0.6102
OpenSSH_6.0.0.6107
OpenSSH_6.0.0.6110
Openssh_fix8

My question is, can we install the Openss_fix8 directly to resolve all the issues or should we install them one by one

IBM-software patches usually include all the former versions in later versions, so (without having tried fix8) i suppose you can directly install it because it contains all the files from the predecessors if they are not already replaced by later versions.

At any rate, you can simply try it: if it fails with "unresolved dependencies" or something such you just have lost a few minutes of your time. No harm will be done to your system.

I hope this helps.

We tried a preview of the install of the fix and it failed. This is because Openssh 6.0.0.6201 is a pre-requisite. Thanks !
