Ntp between ipv4 and ipv6

Hi,

I am looking for a solution to configure ntp between ipv4 ( ntp server ) to ipv6 ( client) .

I had google, but lot many sites suggest to have dual stock or tunnaling.

my issue is I have client has only ipv6 address ans server has ipv4 address. is it possible to sync time, between these two servers?.

please suggest on this.

So how have you IP connectivity between these two hosts at present?

You can setup 6to4 tunnel

Hi,

tunneling needs setting up a router with an ipv4 address again. Can the same machine can be used for tunneling setup?

Somehow you have to get connectivity between your IPv6 system and your IPv4 system. Until that is achieved, you will not be able to get your NTP requirement to work.
