Anyone knows that how many volumes can be created in a Diskgroup?

The maximum number of component volumes in a volume set has been increased to 2048
Useful to know:- Receiving "Too many volumes" error message when trying to create a new volume in a disk group, although "vxassist maxsize" and "vxdg free" report that there is plenty of free space available.
