NIC problem

can anyone help me fix this? what command should I use to bring them back to "TRUE"?

ce5 100 Mbit/s FULL FALSE

What Solaris release are you using? What did you do to turn autoneg off? What command did you use to obtain that output?

The `ndd` command is one of the common ways to set NIC parameters. Check the man page for it.
