How to identify the module "Slot A: J3001" from the above output or Is there any other command to find the details. The server is in a remote location so i don't have a physical view either.

Thanks.

A quick question, are you a FE? If no, why are you concerned about that? The field engineer who is going to replace would know what to replace

incredible - he's dealing with an old EOL box. his support contract may not cover CE/FE work for EOL boxes. Such is the case with my contract.

Hi pupp, you are right to say that the box is EOL, not right to say that the system is not under contract. even the OP did not mention about this.
Btw, there are 100s and 1000s of people who are still using V490 servers with extended contract support up-to-date, in case you're not aware of

Thanks " incredible/pupp". :)

I am not an FE , i just wanted to know which exact hardware was going to be replaced. We are covered under support for these servers. The guys over the DC took care of it.
