Which conceptual choice in Unix allowed the operating system interface to outlast changes in hardware technology and architecture?
In traditional thinking of AT&T UNIX, why is mixing mechanism with policy in the kernel considered an architectural error in the long run?
What is the most important lesson we learn from failure of the project MULTICS?
What is the main conceptual conflict between UNIX, Microsoft and Oracle views in defining a well-defined operating system?
Since you have been studying unix for some time, I would be interested to know your point of vue on these questions, the first is quite obvious because it is what your learn at the beginning in all unix introduction course.
