Need help with Shell script

Hey fellas, I'm fairly new to shell scripts. I'm not going to lie, I have exam tomorrow and wanna be as much prepared as possible. I have this task to make. We currently use Ubuntu distribution. I would appreciate it huge if someone can help me with it! It's blatant from me to ask that much, but i'm having a hard time doing this solo.

"Write a script with menu for:

  1. Save in file, username of accounts to create a license.
  2. Save in file, username to delete accounts.
  3. Create new accounts.
  4. Back up all files and directories of users to delete their accounts.
  5. Transfer the ownership of the first two accounts from a file to delete them.
  6. Delete all other accounts from a file in 2.
  7. Check the affiliation of accounts by groups.
  8. Set aging."
