I would like to convert standard online man pages from my solaris10 system into html form to publish it on my webpage.
How this can be done in Sol10 ?

why bother with conversion? you can download the documentation from oracle website.

If you an Internet search, you will find a script named man2html. There are a number of versions of that script out there. One of them should work on with Solaris 10 manpages.
