When i'am taking nmon report I am missing the LPAR tab that shows CPU and Shared CPU utilization.

What is that you are capturing in nmon?
I am guessing you had added nmon to cron, show me the flags you used.
you may have an lpar with dedicated cpus - check with lparstat -� under type
