There is a unix server where the time zone has been changed from EST to CST.Can we get any kind of log when it was changed anywhere in the unix machine. Also the path for the same.
If there is any other way to know this please let me know
If this was done through a configuration file, look for the modification time of that file.

Any other log which says from which zone to which zone the change was made that will be helpful
Without knowing what your system actually is it's difficult to even guess which config file was modified.
You might have some luck checking users' history files. Again, without knowing what your system is and what shells they use, I'd have no idea what those would be.
