Hi

i want to practice sql statements
which program can help me
in windows
in to write statments and create tabels ,views , triggers , transactions
add relation between tabels and so on

what should to do which program help me
also , any sites to help check sql statments correctness

Another good starting place is MySQL. Binary packages are available for Windows and many other platforms.

No downloads, completely online. Play here, then when you want to start doing more stuff download a DBS or sqllite as suggested above.
