since i'm not able to find any detailed information, i'd like to know if anyone can help me. I need to perform a LDOM migration and the distance betwen the 2 datacenter is 400 km. Is it a problem to perform the migration?

Seems like a moot point but are we talking about a live migration or an offline migration?
if it's offline. I don't believe it would be a problem. With a live migration you might run into a latency limit.
It's cold migration the host will be halted.
then as long as you copy vs move, you should be fine.

Not performed yet..they are trying to fix some issue on applications..
one other thought, are you migrating from like platform to like platform? in other words are the servers exactly the same?
Yes, we've planned to use some buffer platform with th same hardware; but i read that with the oracle vm server 2.2 you can migrate even using different architecture!
