i dont know how to install jumpstart . i have solaris cds( 5 nos.). i tried to install jumpstart but there is no setup_install_server file. What i want to do for installing jumpstart server
please help me

search in the first CD through following command
find / -name 'setup_install_server' -print
once you find it , go to the directory and execute install server
./setup_install_server
Also, jumpstart for SPARC and x86 are different :rolleyes:. I did a post long time ago, I refer it from time to time. Here you go.
SPARC is pretty much fully automated, x86 has some limitations.
