Installing software other than default directory

Hi,
I'm using the command(swinstall -s product.pkg product1.cbin) to install software(product1). Here by default the installation is happening on the location(/opt/). Whereas I want the installation directory to be a different one (eg. /sw/).

Is there any specific command which will help me to do so?

Thanks in advance

If you are using swinstall it is because your are installing software that comply with HP's SVR4 standard implementation, and so it is not by "default" but where the software should be in, it will update PATH etc accordingly and software recovery software will search also there... why would one risk to compromise everything just because he want his software to sit where he wants and not comply to the standards?
